By creating an account or using FIFA Fan Passport, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use FIFA Fan Passport. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users in jurisdictions where online competitions are restricted are responsible for compliance with local laws.

The $4.99 Fan Pass is a one-time purchase granting access for the duration of the FIFA World Cup 2026 tournament. Access includes all 104 match predictions, global leaderboard, badges, and prize eligibility. Access is personal and non-transferable.

Predictions must be submitted before the official kickoff time of each match. Late submissions will not be accepted. All predictions are final once submitted. In the event of a disputed result, the official FIFA match result governs.

Cash prizes and physical awards are distributed to top-ranked fans based on cumulative points. Winners must provide valid identification to claim prizes. FIFA Fan Passport reserves the right to verify results before distributing prizes. Awards are skill-based — no element of chance determines winners.

You may not attempt to manipulate leaderboard results through multiple accounts, automated prediction tools, or collusion. Cheating, harassment of other users, or misuse of the Fan Studio tools is grounds for immediate account termination without refund.

All content on FIFA Fan Passport — including design, code, branding, and original copy — is owned by FIFA Fan Passport Ltd. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content without written permission. User-generated content (fan cards, predictions) remains your property.

FIFA Fan Passport is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or missed predictions resulting from downtime, technical errors, or incorrect data. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your Fan Pass.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in English courts. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
