We collect your name, email address, and password (hashed) when you create an account. We also collect your match predictions, fan preferences, and supported team to power your Fan Passport. No payment information is stored on our servers — payments are processed by Stripe.

Your information is used to operate your Fan Passport, calculate your leaderboard rankings, deliver prediction results, send match reminders (if opted in), and generate your World Cup Wrapped summary. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your account data is stored securely. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and never stored in plaintext. Prediction and leaderboard data is stored in encrypted databases with restricted access.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your login state. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect functionality.

We use Stripe for payment processing, which has its own privacy policy. We may use analytics tools to understand aggregate usage patterns — no individual data is shared. Flag and player images are served via CDN providers.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@fifafanpassport.com. You may also request a copy of your data or update any inaccurate information through your account settings.

FIFA Fan Passport is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
